5K Course Description

(Map) The course has hills, but ends on a nice downhill onto the grass finish line. The course meanders around the Cobbs Hill neighborhood, up the Reservoir, then back down towards Monroe Ave and Culver Rd. There will be one water stop on course. The start is on Norris Drive outside Riley Lodge. The finish is on the grass next to the softball fields along Culver Rd. The exact same finish will be used for the kids races.

Kids Course Description

The kids races will be on the grass by the softball fields and will be 1/4 mile loop.  The Kids races are FREE!

Registration/Packet Pickup

Available at both Fleet Feet Sports locations (2210 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618 OR 2522 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626) on Thursday, October 25th and Friday, October 26th (10-7PM) or race day starting at 7:30AM at Riley Lodge.

Includes

Chip timing and plenty of post-race food for all participants. Technical tops to ALL registered by October 7th.  The next 250 registrants will receive a cotton t-shirt.  Shirt sizing is on a first come, first served basis so register early.

5K Awards

Cash Prizes to Top 3 Male and Female ($150, $100, $75) Plus $100 Time Bonus if the overall male is under 15:30 and the overall female is under 18:00 plus Age Group Awards to top three in Male and Female 5 year age groups: 19 under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-65, 65-69, 70 Up
