Join this yearly tradition of one of the oldest races in Rochester.

Course Description

This 5 Mile course begins near Whitney and O'Connor Rd taking you right onto Turk Hill Rd then left up Cobbs Lane next to the Erie Canal. Turning around on Cobb's Lane then left back onto Turk Hill Rd, followed by a right onto 31F taking you over the hustle and bustle of the crowd at 250 and 31F, over the Erie Canal and right up the little incline on O'Connor Rd towards Perinton Park.

Registration/Packet Pickup

Available at both Fleet Feet Sports locations (2210 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618 OR 2522 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626) from Saturday June 29th (9-5) thru Wednesday, July 3rd (10-7) or race morning at the race site, Forman BOCES Building on O'Connor Rd. Race day registration CLOSES 7:45AM SHARP.

Includes

Chip timing and a post-race feast for all participants. Register by June 6th to recieve a Technical T-Shirt. The next 300 registrants will receive a cotton t-shirt. Remember, all shirt sizing is on a first come, first served basis so register early. Race day registration CLOSES 7:45AM SHARP.

Awards:

Top 3 Male & Female: Cash Prizes courtesy of Fleet Feet Sports. 1st = $100, 2nd = $75, 3rd = $50.

Top 3 in following Age Groups: 14 under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and up.

Race day registration CLOSES 7:45AM SHARP. Take Route 31F to O'Connor Road. Turn onto O'Connor Rd over train tracks. BOCES Building is on the left hand side for registration.
