The Stage Race Home Base is Stewart Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park

STAGE #1 - Saturday, November 9th at 9AM - Pond Road Time Trial

3 Mile Time Trial: 1 Runner at a Time Against the Clock. Tough Hilly Course. Starts on Pond Rd next to Add-en-on Kennels.

STAGE #2 - Saturday, November 9th at 1PM - Devils Bathtub

5.5 Mile Trail Run: Mass Start with the infamous stair climb finish. Starts at Devils Bathtub

STAGE #3 - Sunday, November 10th at 9AM - The EPIC Stage

11 Mile challenge taking in much of Mendon Ponds Park and its trail system. This race starts at Stewart Lodge.

Early Start available and recommended Sunday at 7:45AM to anyone who runs 10:30 min/mile pace or more.

THE LEADER

The leader after each stage will be presented with a GC (General Classification) Leaders Jersey to be worn during the next stage. Yellow for the men in honor of Le Tour de France and Pink for the ladies in honor of the Giro D' Italia

What do you get

Chip timing included along with post race food after each stage. Home base is Stewart Lodge, so on Saturday you can come back to the Stewart Lodge Comfort Station to rest, recovery and fuel for the next stage.  All those pre-registered (for either one race or the whole series) recieve a custom drawstring bag. Sweatshirts to all FINISHERS of the entire Stage Race (Yup - that's all 3 stages).

Registration

Available at Stewart Lodge starting 2 hours before each event and closing 15 minutes before each event. We do encourage pre-registering though. Consider registering for the Series especially so we can get a better count on the shirts to order. You can register in person at Fleet Feet Sports or Downloadable PDF App, online entry is above.

Awards

Awards ceremony will be at the end of Stage Three for Series Participants only.  Awards will be given to the Overall Male and Female and top finishers in 10 year age groups.

Will be at Stewart Lodge for each Stage with Races 1 & 2 starting and finishing at different locations in the park (note above). Hang out in the lodge between stages and enjoy some light food and drink and relax for the next stage. Stage 3 will start and finish at Stewart Lodge and GC Awards will be done after the race at Stewart Lodge.

Directions to Parks

MENDON PONDS PARK - Devils Bathtub - Route 65 (Clover Street) south from Monroe Avenue. Go to 3rd entrance. Turn left onto the Pond Rd/Nature Center Entrance. At bottom of big hill turn left. The race 2 starts at the top of Devil's Bathtub. If you went past the big Mendon Pond you went too far. Look for signs.

MENDON PONDS PARK - Pond Rd. - Route 65 (Clover Street) south from Monroe Avenue. Go to 3rd entrance. Turn left onto the Pond Rd/Nature Center Entrance. At bottom of big hill turn turn right onto Pond Rd. The start of Stage 1 is up about a 1/2 mile.

MENDON PONDS PARK - Stewart Lodge - Route 65 (Clover Street) south from Monroe Avenue. Go to 1st entrance - Left onto Canfield Rd. Turn right onto Douglas Rd. Park at Beach Lot.
