Course Details

Bike Course Map

Bike Course Description: The course is predominantly on beautiful country roads with rolling hills.  There are 2 larger size hills within the first 6 miles of the course, but they’re well worth the ride.

Run Course Map

Run Course Description: The run course is within the quaint village of Clifton Springs proper.  Athletes will start on the road next to the transition area and enter back into the backside of transition.  The run course also serves as the bike course for the kids race.

Kid's Course Description: The run for the kids course can be seen on the Run Course Map.  The 1K loop starts by the hospital on Coulter Rd.  Where the adults start.  Take a left then right onto Pleasant.  Left on W Main St, then left on Foster then left onto Dewey and back into parking lot towards finish line.  The kids bike course is teh adult run course.  The kids race will begin immediately following the completion of the adult race (around 10:30AM)

Packet Pickup: Available at Fleet Feet Sports, 2210 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, 14618 on Friday, June 24th from 10-7PM and Saturday, June 25th from 10-5PM, also available race morning at the race site starting at 7AM.

From East:  Take Thruway Route 90 West to Clifton Springs/Manchester Exit 43.  Take 21 South to 96 East.  Stay on 96 until you see Big M on the right.  Turn Right on Kendall St. cross Main Street to Pleasant St.  Turn left onto Dewey and park in back lot of Hospital Parking Lot.

From West:  Take Thruway Route 90 East to Clifton Springs/Manchester Exit 43.  Take 21 South to 96 East.  Stay on 96 until you see Big M on the right.  Turn Right on Kendall St. cross Main Street to Pleasant St.  Turn left onto Dewey and park in back lot of Hospital Parking Lot.
